Katherine told fans that she decided to wear a Camilla pantsuit and was shocked when she showed off the outfit, which was complete with pink fringe detailing.

Katherine lives with her civil partner Bobby, their 17-month-old son Frederick, and their daughter Violet from a previous relationship in a luxurious London home.

The TV personality admitted that she knew she was expecting after trying it for the first time while still breastfeeding her son Fred, whom she welcomed just 13 months ago.
Katherine shared the news of her pregnancy on her podcast, but kept quiet about how far along it was.
She said: ‘I’m pregnant, I’ve been pregnant for a while and this is how I did it. I got pregnant while breastfeeding the first time I tried it and to be honest I don’t think it’s going to work because I’m 39, I would have been 38 when I got pregnant.
“And I thought, ‘We’ve got to get the kids out of the way.’ You never know how long you’re going to have, and I love my kids. I just thought, ‘OK, let’s go for it.’ ‘
Speaking on her show, she said: ‘You should never tell people your due date. If you never tell them, they can never start bothering you at that point.
