Katherine Ryan shared the heartbreaking moment she locked herself in the house while her one-month-old daughter, Fenna Grace, was still inside.

The comedian, 39, took to her Instagram Story on Friday to share home surveillance footage of when she realized she couldn’t go back home.

Katherine then shared a follow-up video to her Instagram Story to reassure concerned fans that her daughter was safe inside at the time.

During the video, the mother-of-three held her baby in her arms as she relaxed, telling her fans that the baby was “sleeping in a safe place.”

She also confirmed with her many followers that she was able to see the baby through the window the whole time.

The initial video was first shared by his partner Bobby Koostra, who took to Instagram to share the clip before rescuing Katherine.

And during the video, Katherine can be seen looking into the camera while saying, “I did something really bad,” hoping that Bobby would see the live video and come to the rescue.

His partner then captioned the clip with a funny caption: “My wife locked the baby in the house to bring me home from the golf course right away.”

After the nightmare incident, Katherine took to her stories to share what some fans had told her after she posted the video.

She said: ‘Sorry for posting yesterday’s dramatic video with no resolution. A lot of people, especially Gen Z, say, “How did he know you needed rescuing? How did he save you if you didn’t have a phone? What did you do?”.

The lockdown incident comes after Katherine welcomed baby girl Fenna Grace in December.

And her husband Bobby took to Instagram to announce the news along with an adorable snap of their newborn daughter.

Bobby also shared a photo of Katherine during her ‘long’ labor, praising her ‘strength’, before he posted a photo of her placenta after delivery.

Katherine also shared an adorable photo of her 18-month-old son Fred meeting his new sister captioned with the timestamp of 12.05.

She later took to her Story to share that there was a “glitch” during the delivery, causing things to lag and “a bit of touch and go” but that she was fine now.

The reality TV star is also the mother of her 12-year-old daughter Violet from a previous relationship.

Katherine revealed that she was pregnant with her third child in July.

Katherine shared the news of her pregnancy on her podcast, but kept quiet about how far along it was.
