It comes after Katherine hit back at a mom-shaming mom and posted a critical comment on a snap of the comedian with her newborn daughter, Fenna Grace.

The reality TV star uploaded a series of photos on Monday documenting her week with her one-month-old son and her older children, Fred, 18 months, and Violet, 13.

One shot showed the star hugging her young daughter as she enjoyed brunch at London’s luxurious Claridge’s hotel, a glass of wine on the table in front of her.

Commenting below the photo carousel, one follower wrote: ‘Enough drinking wine while breastfeeding. I couldn’t care less about statistics on percentages. Alcohol is unhealthy for adults…never mind for babies.’

However, Katherine was quick to defend herself, replying, “Kera, my little boys are smart enough to slowly explain to you why it’s okay.”

Katherine posted a photo last week of her feeding Fenna Grace while toasting the camera with a glass of white wine, again drawing critical comments.

One follower wrote: With all due respect, drinking and breastfeeding is the same as drinking while pregnant!’

To which the comedian replied: “With all due respect, you’re talking out of your ass.”

In her look back at her week, Katherine also brought up the heartbreaking moment she locked herself in the house while her young daughter was still inside.

This sparked a flurry of comments from her followers about her own parenting mishaps.

The comedian, 39, took to her Instagram Story on Friday to share home surveillance footage of when she realized she couldn’t go back home.

The Masked Singer UK star panicked when she realized she had left her phone and her newborn baby inside, while her little Fred was outside with her.

Katherine then shared a follow-up video to her Instagram Story to reassure concerned fans that her daughter was safe inside at the time.

During the video, the mother-of-three held her baby in her arms as she relaxed, telling her fans that the baby was “sleeping in a safe place.”

She also confirmed with her many followers that she was able to see the baby through the window the whole time.

The initial video was first shared by his partner Bobby Koostra, who took to Instagram to share the clip before rescuing Katherine.

And during the video, Katherine can be seen looking into the camera while saying, “I did something really bad,” hoping that Bobby would see the live video and come to the rescue.

After the nightmare incident, Katherine took to her stories to share what some fans had told her after she posted the video.

She said: ‘Sorry for posting yesterday’s dramatic video with no resolution. A lot of people, especially Gen Z, say, “How did he know you needed rescuing? How did he save you if you didn’t have a phone? What did you do?”.

The mother-of-three then referenced her 13-year-old daughter Violet, going on to say: “And we asked Violet after we showed her the video, ‘What would you do?’ She was like, ‘Throw a brick at through the window.”
