She teamed it with a matching gold clutch and strappy heels as she held the hand of Andrew, 46, who looked handsome in a three-piece navy blue checked suit.

The Welsh mezzo-soprano was joined at her star-studded party by a host of celebrities, who treated them to gift bags of her own gin brand, Cygnet.

The couple, with children Isla, five, and Jack, 23 months, took time off from parental duties to enjoy a fun night out and shared a taxi home with Alex Jones and her husband Charlie Thomson.

Katherine – who celebrates her 44th birthday on Saturday – launched her own ‘female-forward’ premium gin called Cygnet last May.

The opera singer has turned her hand to a completely new business venture, joining the growing list of celebrities to create their own drink.

The two spirits – Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin and Cygnet 22 Gin – are made just six miles away from where she grew up and retail from £35 to £47.50.

Speaking about her new business, Katherine said: ‘Cygnet combines the finest local botanicals with pure Welsh water and surrounded by the nature and beauty of the valleys, a whole lot of ‘Hwyl!’ (an ecstatic feeling of inspiration unique to Wales).

‘I also included my ‘secret ingredient’ in Cygnet 22, Manuka Honey, which I use to care for my voice. All this results in an ultra-premium gin that is so smooth you can enjoy it straight away.’

As a female founder, Katherine added that she is passionate about woman-to-woman speaking.

Fed up with male-driven spirits, she wanted to break the mold and create a ‘Best in Glass’ gin for the sisterhood of gin lovers.
