It comes after Katherine also celebrated the big day with husband Andrew Levitas and their London friends the night before.

She looked as elegant as ever in a £345 red strapless mini dress from Nadine Merabi as she left Langan’s Brasserie in Mayfair, London.

Katherine elevated her height with a pair of black stilettos and carried a small matching handbag to complete her look.

Katherine walked hand in hand with Andrew, who looked dapper in a three-piece black suit and tie.

The couple were joined by Alex Jones, Nicola Mendelsohn, Marisha Wallace, Melissa Odabash and Julien Macdonald.

The group honored Wales by enjoying a meal and sipping on Katherine’s own gin brand, Cygnet.

She shared some photos on Instagram and captioned it: ‘It’s very important to me to always honor where I come from so tonight was very special to spend the evening with our wonderful Welsh friends celebrating the eve of St. David’s Day celebrated!’

Katherine launched her own ‘female-forward’ premium gin called Cygnet last May.

The opera singer has turned her hand to a completely new venture and is the first female founder of a famous gin, located just six miles away from where she grew up.

To celebrate the spirit’s release, Katherine threw a party at the Rosewood Hotel in London.

The two spirits – Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin and Cygnet 22 Gin – are available between £35 and £47.50, with Katherine’s husband Andrew on board and Eric Villency, who designed products such as Peloton and Rock Star Energy drinks.

Speaking about her new business, Katherine said: ‘Cygnet combines the finest local botanicals with pure Welsh water and surrounded by the nature and beauty of the valleys, a whole lot of ‘Hwyl!’ (an ecstatic feeling of inspiration unique to Wales).

‘I also included my ‘secret ingredient’ in Cygnet 22, Manuka Honey, which I use to care for my voice.

She added: ‘All this results in an ultra-premium gin that is so smooth you can enjoy it straight away.’

As a female founder, Katherine added that she is passionate about speaking woman to woman.

Fed up with male-driven spirits, she wanted to break the mold and create a ‘Best in Glass’ gin for the sisterhood of gin lovers.
