Katharina Mazepa, 27, is a single woman – legally and was spotted for the first time since the ink dried on her divorce decree.
The Real Housewives of Miami star celebrated on Saturday with her boyfriend Lenny Hochstein, 56, and girlfriend Louisa Warwick, 30.
The Austrian-born model wore a very petite, very sheer black lace dress that showed miles of legs.
Katharina put on a very busty display in the dress as she was seen pulling the top up a bit.
The dress revealed her naked panties. Her long dark hair was styled in wavy curls.

She paired the barely fitting dress with a pair of silver sandals that cinched up her calves.
The model’s eye makeup was dark and dramatic.
The outing comes a few days after she finalized her divorce from her husband of three years, Shilo Mazepa.
Katharina restored her maiden name to Nahlik and took to Instagram to immediately change her biography.
“Whoever said money can’t buy happiness never paid for a divorce,” she wrote.
According to documents obtained by Page sixthe divorce settlement states that Katharina and Shilo – who is an American diplomat – divided their assets and kept everything they now own.
Shilo agreed to pay his ex-wife $50,000 and both agreed to waive their right to alimony.
And while the model is legally free, her plastic surgeon boyfriend is not.
Lenny is in the middle of a contentious divorce from Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, 40.

The former couple is fighting over alimony and child support.
Lisa claims her $30,000 per episode salary isn’t enough money to live on, let alone raise her two kids and pay for her health insurance.
Lenny has significant and substantial assets and earns millions of dollars a year as [a successful plastic surgeon,’ Lisa’s court filing claimed.
The filing added: ‘without Lenny’s contribution, Lisa cannot provide the needs and necessities of life as they were established during the marriage.’
