Kate Waterhouse is eyeing a big reward after putting an elegant property in Sydney’s eastern suburbs on the market.
The racing heiress has set a target price of $900,000 for the two-bedroom, one-bathroom Potts Point condo, which will be auctioned next month.
Waterhouse bought the property as an investment property in 2010 for $525,000 and rents it out for an eye-watering $900 a week.
The Wentworth Courier reports that Waterhouse and husband Luke Ricketson are selling to scale up to a larger investment property.

Waterhouse and Ricketson made headlines in 2020 when they invested a whopping $17.8 million in a mansion on Sydney’s North Shore.
Located on the sought-after Balmoral Beach, the luxury spread features five bedrooms and fantastic water views.
Tom Waterhouse, Kate’s brother, meanwhile, also owns a $13 million beachfront home in the same suburb.
The racing heiress and the former sports star got married on June 28, 2012 in Sicily, Italy.
Popsugar reported at the time that Kate wore a Vera Wang dress and the newlyweds were surrounded by 80 guests on their big day.
The couple have two daughters: Sophia Edie, nine, and Grace Gabrie, six.
