Radio stars Kate Ritchie, Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli and Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald nearly left some passengers waiting at Sydney Airport on Friday.
After making their way through the terminal, Nova FM’s hosts Fitzy and Wippa with Kate managed to board their flight to Darwin after boarding closed.
Kate, 44, looked ready for a tropical winter, dressed in a breezy loose-fitting navy blue shirt and matching trousers.
The former Home and Away star wore her glossy dark hair down and it swept behind her as she glided through the airport.
Her makeup was light and subtle, offering a look that fans of natural beauty have come to expect from her.

When she arrived at the gate, she carried a distinctive handbag over one shoulder and a larger black tote bag over the other.
To complete her vacation look, she added a pair of black casual sandals.

The boys were dressed even more casually, with Wippa wearing a gray T-shirt, blue shorts and sneakers, while Fitzy opted for black shorts, white T-shirt and black jumper with gray sneakers.
The radio hosts stormed onto the plane and eventually made their flight to Darwin, where they plan to host their ‘Fly Away to the NT’ special.
Once they arrived safely, the trio shared a photo of themselves on Instagram enjoying a beer on a yacht in the NT, captioning it, “It’s safe to say we’re in love with the NT.”
It comes after radio star Tim Blackwell last month appeared to confirm rumors of a feud between himself and former Nova FM co-host Kate while appearing on the Shock Jocks podcast.

When asked what caused Kate’s departure, the 41-year-old replied: “That’s a question for her, I don’t know anything.”
He added, “I think it ran its course and I think she wanted another chance…and (new host) Ricki-Lee Coulter was there too.”
Kate had quit the show after a long absence and a stay in rehab for alcohol addiction.
