She launched her wellness brand Cosmoss early last year to focus on “self-love.”

And Kate Moss posed in a gorgeous poppy meadow in a beaming moment for the website on Thursday as she got back in touch with nature.

The 48-year-old supermodel, once famous for her parties, recounted in the caption how she sometimes meditates in the fields early in the morning, saying her garden is “where she feels the happiest.”

She looked gorgeous in an oversized white shirt as she held a bouquet of flowers she had picked and pushed her blonde locks out of her face.

Reflecting on her connection to nature and the outdoors, she wrote in the caption: “I started spending a lot of time in my garden during the pandemic and noticed flowers I didn’t even know I had.”

‘It has become my favorite place now; where I feel happiest. I go out into the fields and meditate sometimes early in the morning before the world wakes up.’

It comes after late last year Kate revealed that her self-care-focused brand, Cosmoss, helped turn her life around when she turned her back on her wild ways.

Taking to Instagram, Kate shared a stunning photo from her latest interview with EN Magazine and talked about his journey with the brand.

Kate explained: ‘When I started taking care of myself, things started to change. They say self-care is part of self-love. That is what we all need, that is what I needed, to follow the Cosmos.

‘Happiness is the little things. Yesterday I picked a bunch of flowers from my garden for my stepfather’s birthday: sweet peas and dahlias.

‘That makes me happy, I think I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.’

The model announced the launch of her brand Cosmoss last August, when she shared a video of herself swimming completely nude on social media.

Kate, who currently lives a much healthier lifestyle in the Cotswolds, claimed the brand is ‘self-care created for life’s modern journeys’.
