Kate Moss parties into the early hours as she lets her hair down at her 51st birthday bash following split from Count Nikolai von Bismarck

Kate Moss partied until the early hours as she celebrated her 51st birthday with a host of stars and her daughter Lila in London on Thursday.

The supermodel – who has embraced a frugal lifestyle and a quiet life in the Cotswolds in recent years – proved she hasn’t completely lost her love for a night out as she celebrated the milestone.

Kate was in good spirits as she emerged from The Globe in Notting Hill – a nightclub frequented by many stars including Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones and Bob Marley.

The fashionista started her evening at China Tang at The Dorchester, which included some of her closest friends; Jaime Winstone, football agent Dave Gardner, make-up mogul Charlotte Tilbury, Jade Jagger and Stella McCartney.

While Kate celebrated her 50th with a small dinner in Paris, which was claimed for her 51st, the model wanted to throw a big party and let loose after her split from 37-year-old Count Nikolai von Bismarck.

In December, it was reported that the couple had ended their nine-year relationship after months of speculation.

A source spoke about her birthday plans The sun: ‘Last year she celebrated her fiftieth birthday at an intimate soiree in Paris, which was quite sober.

‘But a lot has changed since then and Kate has said she wants this party to be a new era.

‘Now that her daughter Lila is grown and single again, Kate feels like she wants to let her hair down and be carefree – something she hasn’t been able to do for a long time.

‘She looks at life on the positive side. Although it is a shame that her relationship is over, she is throwing herself back into her social life and embracing the new year.’

For a night out, Kate looked glamorous as she went braless in a plunging black furry blazer which she wore over a black jumpsuit with gold trim.

Lila, 22, also showed off her style in a black silk halterneck midi dress with floral embroidery on the bust.

Kate’s big celebration comes after insiders claimed the model and her ex-boyfriend split due to friction arising from their different approaches to life.

Kate was pictured holding hands with reggae legend Bob Marley’s 27-year-old grandson Skip in May.

After the photo emerged, Kate and Nikolai shared a very icy reunion a few days later at the Gucci Cruise 2025 Fashion Show.

Nikolai stared straight ahead as Kate repeatedly turned her back from him and talked to model daughter Lila.

Since then, she has danced wildly at a Stevie Nicks concert and celebrated her renewed relationship with 26-year-old sister Lottie by going out on the town together.

Her return to the party scene is a bit of a departure from the rather quieter life the supermodel has been living since leaving North London for the Cotswolds several years ago.

She even launched a wellness brand called Cosmoss, which is described as “self-care created for life’s modern journeys.”

Kate’s beauty brand has been compared to a British version of Gwyneth Paltrow’s American company Goop. She claimed that when the brand launches on September 1, 2022, “self-care is created for life’s modern journeys.”
