The supermodel, 49, donned a black leather biker jacket which she paired with slim cropped jeans for the outing.
The tight pants showed off her enviable figure as she slipped her feet into black boots and shielded her eyes behind sunglasses.
Kate wore her blonde locks loose as she joined friends before hopping into the back of a chauffeured car.
It comes after the stunner showed off her smooth face and looking nothing short of sensational the night before when she attended the star-studded Prince’s Trust Global Gala.
