Usually a vision of poised perfection, the Princess of Wales is rarely caught with a hair out of place, leaving admirers wondering what her secret is.
So it’s no wonder royal fans have gone wild after video footage has surfaced showing Kate Middleton’s secret trick of interacting with guests in photos.
In a video posted on Twitterde Kate, 41, can be seen subtly repositioning herself as she works out the perfect position for a photo with Mary, Crown Princess of Denmark, 51, and Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, 83.
The encounter took place at Christian IX’s palace in Denmark in February 2022, and shows Kate taking a side step to the right and then swinging her heels in the same direction, followed by her toes in a barely perceptible moment.
The short clip originally posted to TikTok by @l0velycatherine shows Kate effortlessly stepping sideways despite wearing sky-high heels.

The future Queen maintained a calm demeanor as she was draped in a gray Catherine Walker overcoat with black trim, her signature brown locks and a beaming smile.
The video has since been viewed more than 1,000,000 times and fans marveled at the extraordinary move and how “cute” the mother of three looked.
One of them said, “Of course if I did this, my heel would catch on the carpet, I’d hit Queen Margrethe, she’d fall to the floor, and all the world would see!”
Another added: ‘This is beautiful – just Catherine doing what Catherine does best. No fuss! Just arranges things.’
