Kate Middleton reveals Prince Louis’ request to play in the garden every day after school

Kate Middleton has revealed the hilarious request that Prince Louis makes every day after finishing school.

The three children of the Princess, 41, and the Prince, 40, of Wales go to the Β£50,000 a year Lambrook School in Windsor.

The youngest, four-year-old Louis, joined his older siblings Prince George, nine, and Princess Charlotte, seven, at school last September as they all started the new academic year together.

And after a long day reading books, it seems that Louis needs to blow off some steam.

Speaking last week, during a visit to a therapy garden at a rehab center in Wales, Kate revealed that Louis likes to spend time outdoors. She said: ‘Louis comes home and says ‘I need to get my energy out.’

As well as enjoying the garden at home, children in Wales also enjoy quality time outdoors during the school day.

Speaking about her school in Lorraine’s show last September, when the children started the academic year, Sunday Times royal editor Roya Nikkhah said the Windsor school offered a different educational experience compared to London schools.

She said: ‘The Cambridges want their children to have a different kind of education.

‘It was a beautiful first day at school for them…it’s the first time the three of them have been at school together.

β€œThis is quite different, it’s all part of the big move to Windsor. It’s an amazing school.’

Describing the school itself, Roya said: ‘It’s a very different setup. There is a lot of emphasis on the outdoors, there are animals there, a miniature golf course, peacocks roaming freely throughout the school.

‘It’s a very special and lovely school where children are encouraged to get outdoors.

“That’s part of William and Kate’s plan for their children to get outdoors and have a more normal life.”
