The garment in question, named after the Princess of Wales, is British and New Zealand designer Emilia Wickstead's 'Kate' dress, which the royal family wears in shades of lavender, cobalt blue, olive green and teal.
The custom-made A-line dresses have long sleeves and a belt at the waist and differ only slightly in length.
