Catherine is among the tens of millions who get their updates from the award-winning Mail news service, according to a new book by famed royal author Robert Hardman.
Like the new queen, the book says, she keeps abreast of what’s in the newspapers – unlike both of their husbands who do not.
The Royal, who underwent successful abdominal surgery today, may be reading MailOnline as she recovers in her hospital bed.
MailOnline is one of the world’s largest English-language newspaper websites with over 163 million global unique browsers.

The future queen was admitted to the London Clinic in Marylebone yesterday for the planned procedure this afternoon.
It is said to have been a success and that the princess is now “doing well” in her recovery, sources told The Times.
She is expected to remain in hospital for ten to fourteen days, after which she will return to Windsor to continue her recovery with the support of her family.
