Kate Hudson shared an adorable video on Instagram in which her mini-me daughter Rani does some last-minute studying before returning to work.
The actress, 44, sat back and relaxed as her five-year-old daughter stole the show in the funny clip as she talked about her preparations.
Kate’s fiancee Danny Fujikawa filmed the couple in the music video, which featured Rani scribbling on a notebook while Kate reads a book next to her in bed.
When Rani’s father Danny got a little too close to her artwork, she gasped and quickly demanded that he not film her work.
Rani said, “What kind of work should I do… so much!”

She added, “Never do that (if Danny was filming close up), because I have to concentrate on work and I don’t want you filming.”
“Can you please not take pictures of my work Dad, it’s very important!”
Kate captioned her post: “Back to school busy.”
Fans flocked to the comments in awe of Rani’s cuteness and couldn’t believe Kate kept her face straight.

It comes after Kate treated fans to photos and videos from her summer vacation in Sicily, Italy, last month.
The Bride Wars actress was with her fiancé and her three children, 19-year-old son Ryder, 12-year-old son Bingham ‘Bing’; and Rani.

The Oscar-nominated actress named Noto, Sicily as the location and revealed that her family was staying at the hotel Il San Corrado di Noto resort.
Kate posed sweetly with Rani on her back in front of a historic building as they explored Noto at night.
All three Kate’s children have different fathers.
Ryder is the only child from her previous marriage to musician Chris Robinson (the former couple were married from 2000-2007).
Bing is her only child with former fiancé, Muse singer Matt Bellamy and Rani is her only child with her current fiancé.
