And Kate Ferdinand has revealed that while it may seem exhausting, the workout routine actually helps her stay calm throughout the day.

Sharing that he gets up around 5am every morning to work out for an hour, the former TOWIE star, 31, admitted that it relaxes his ‘manic life’.

Appearing on an episode of Vicky Pattison’s The Secret To podcast, the former Geordie Shore star told Kate: “I just want to say you look unreal right now Kate.”

“Alright, it’s to the point where I’m obviously all for women supporting women, but I look at your fucking Instagram and I’m like ‘look at that c**’. You’re that good looking! What’s up with lass of the body? You’ve had a baby!

Kate, slightly flushed, laughed and thanked the presenter, explaining, “I’ve always been in my workouts, I love working out.”

“I do like to look good, I’m not going to lie, but also mentally my life is so manic that that hour in the morning just calms me down.”

But continuing with the fact that it’s not just about looking good on the outside, Kate added that she’s now trying to be healthy and take care of her body from the inside out.

However, I am onto something completely new. I have started to take care of my body from within. I feel like everyone always wants to go to the gym and do their hair and look good, but I’ve started trying to take care of myself internally, and I feel like that might be helping,” he explained.

The star went on to detail that he shares workouts with fans, as they often reach out to share that he ‘inspires’ them.

Kate and her husband, a former England pro player in Rio, often share snaps and videos on their respective Instagram accounts as they work out in their luxurious home gym.

The former reality star recently welcomed her almost two-year-old son Cree with Rio, and is also a stepmom to her three children; Lorenz, 15, Tate, 13 and Tia, 11 years old.

And showing that the whole family gets involved in physical activity, the couple recently shared a video of Cree watching her parents during their morning workout.

In the clip, he appeared to be having the time of his life as he clung to the door he was kept behind for security reasons and jumped up and down, imitating his mom and dad.
