The new snaps come a day after she and her fiancé Justin Long, 44, enjoyed dinner with her parents at celebrity hot spot Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica.
The couple, who have been dating since December 2021, looked as loved-up as ever after they recently confirmed their engagement on his podcast Life is Short to Justin Long.
Kate and the Accepted star shared why they decided to share their proposal story on the podcast.
“I think we both decide to share this in this space because we’re probably going to be asked about it and we thought, ‘Well, how can we talk about this in a way that makes us feel the best,’ and we thought, ‘ Oh, I’d love to talk to you about it,” Kate explained.
And Justin agreed why his carefully planned plan derailed into something completely different, but even more beautiful.
“I had something special planned around you [Kate’s] birthday and about a month before that, life, which we talked about, things change, and sometimes they change pretty drastically without any warning,” the Jeepers Creepers actor shared.
He continued, “It was a moment where it just felt so organic and it felt connected to something very, very deep, deeply personal that we were going through, like a real life change, and so it came about in a very organic way.” out. .’

Justin and Kate first sparked romance rumors in the spring of 2021 after they met on a film project in Arkansas and hit it off right from the start.
And Kate stepped in to give listeners a little background on the romantic moment.
“We had just gone through this really hard one and we had been talking to a therapist and we were trying to get through things at the time and she gave us some really good advice which was make sure you ask the other person pretty consistently what you need, or ask the other person what they need,” she explained.
She continued, “I remember not waking up very often after that therapy session and I looked at Justin and I said… I remember smiling at you and I said, ‘What do you need?'” said she.
