The 49-year-old London-born actress – who was a guest on The Tonight Show earlier this week – donned a neon green suit for the occasion.
The Underworld star wore a sheer dress covered in curvy, flower-like accoutrements.
The dress hugged her slim figure and she made a statement with its layered ruffled lime sleeves, which flared out around her.
Beckinsale, who is rumored to be dating actor Matt Atwater, pulled her dark locks into an updo with a black bow.

Beckinsale is part of an all-star ensemble cast led by Charlie Day, who also wrote and directed the comedy in which he plays a mute mental patient who happens to look exactly like a major movie star.
Kate plays Day’s glamorous wife in the satirical romp, which brings together Ken Jeong, Adrien Brody, Common, Jason Sudeikis, Edie Falco, John Malkovich and the late Ray Liotta.
The Serendipity star has also been hard at work filming her new action thriller Canary Black in Croatia.
The film is directed by Taken director Pierre Morel and follows a top CIA agent named Avery Graves.
