In recent months, Kate has been caring for her mother and late stepmother after flying them from Britain to stay with her in Los Angeles.

The insider revealed that the Snow Angels star – whose biological father Richard Beckinsale died of a heart attack in his sleep in 1979 at the age of 31 – has felt the emotional toll in recent months.
