The Serendipity star revealed the cat’s death in June last year with a series of photos of her cat Willow and Pomeranian god Wylf ‘carrying his torch’.
And just over a year after his death, Kate confessed that she dreaded Halloween because it was such a special time for her and her muse.

The tribute included several videos of Kate playing with her beloved pets
She captioned the adorable post: ‘I tend to dread Halloween a little these days because Clive was so happy to be my muse and also looked like a supermodel, totally committed to every costume and crazy idea.
‘I really feel like Myf and Willow really feel that and chose to carry his torch and they really delivered – no complaints and some iconic poses, which is new… RIP to my soulmate and love of my life, and I hope you from cat heaven they are amused to see how the little ones carry it on your behalf. I love you x’
In one photo, Kate wore an elegant black dress with a statement pink bow and matching handbag, and held Willow, who was also painted pastel pink.
For another photo, Kate wore a pink corset mini dress, balloon skirt and sky-high platform smocks as she played with the Persian cat.
The star also dressed Willow up as Rambo, complete with red bandana and bullet vest, and joked that the cat wig was big enough for her.
In one clip, she dressed the cat as a strawberry as she lay naked and treated herself to a massage.
In another video, Kate played with her dog Wylf as he dressed up as an octopus while sitting on a blanket with a giant portrait of Clive.
Kate’s Instagram tribute comes after she admitted sleeping with Clive’s ashes last year.

The actress revealed last year that she misses her cat so much that she sleeps with its ashes every night.
The Van Helsing star was “absolutely heartbroken” when Clive died in June at the age of 19 and was clearly still processing her emotions.
After a fan asked on Instagram if he had been cremated or buried, she wrote: “Cremated and call me weird but I sleep with his casket in my bed every night.”
When he died she wrote: ‘My heart is absolutely and completely broken. Every part of my house feels like it belongs.”
The self-confessed ‘cat person’ and star of the Underworld horror films, was given Clive as a kitten.
She regularly dressed him for Christmas and Halloween – and they were often seen in matching outfits.
‘We then had him my daughter [Lily Sheen, now 20] was small,” she told People in 2019.
“And he’s usually shaved into a strange shape, but he recently survived cancer.”

While speaking to the outlet about Clive’s personality, the mother of one raved that his “favorite things in the world are suitcases, boxes and bags.”
“If you bring home a pair of sneakers or a bag, it goes right in,” she said. “So we bought him this trunk bed, and he likes it so much.”
Beckinsale also stated that she prefers cats because they are “easier” to care for than dogs.
“You don’t have to walk around with a bag of poop like you do with a dog, and I hate walking around with a bag of poop,” she mused.
Clive’s life of luxury was extensively documented on the artist’s social media, which is full of photos of him dressed in hilarious costumes, traveling on private planes and staying by her side through thick and thin.
