Karrueche Tran shows off her bikini body in Mexico after revealing she does hot yoga to stay slender

Karrueche Tran showed off her toned figure in a stylish swimsuit as she enjoyed the warmer weather during a lavish trip to Cancun on Thursday.

The actress, 36 – who previously dated rapper Chris Brown – soaked up the sun as she lounged on a comfortable cabana near the scenic ocean in the distance.

The Claws actress wore a colorful bikini top and matching skimpy bottoms during the relaxing day.

Trans’s short, dark locks were parted to the side and styled in natural waves that fell down and almost touched the base of her neck.

Karrueche completed the look with a pair of large hoop earrings in fashionable black shades.

While lounging outside, the star was seen wearing headphones connected to her smartphone and was also spotted resting in a hammock.

She further showed off her fit physique as she walked around outside while the actress seemingly had a conversation on the phone.

When it comes to her workout routine, she previously shared Muscle and fitness during an interview that she wants to train at least three times a week.

“I teach hot yoga and barre classes,” Tran explained. “Barre is good for the thighs and the booty, and I’m all about the booty. I also work with a trainer at the gym.

‘I use machines. I do squats and sumo squats with the bar on my shoulders, and lunges with dumbbells. I’m small so I don’t want to use too much weight. I don’t want to be a little hobbyhorse with muscles.’

About the diet she follows, Karrueche also said, “I have cut out red meat and pork. I want to be slim, fat: slim and a little fat at the same time.’

‘Because if I follow a strict diet, I become too thin and lose all the fat in my body. I started eating more vegetables. I’m loving kale now. Oh, and I drink a lot of water. Water is like my best friend.’

Later in the day, after spending time in the bright sun, Tran was seen donning a wrap skirt that fell to her ankles.

She also had a large, black and brown tote bag with her, which contained the items she would need during the excursion.

When it comes to her personal sense of style, Karrueche shared PopSugar in 2022: ‘My personal style is usually based on my mood.’

“If I’m feeling sexy one day, I lean towards an LBD (little black dress) or something appropriate,” the media personality explained.

“If I feel like I want to be comfortable and cute, I’ll do something like boyfriend jeans and a crop or even a tracksuit and a pair of heels.” In my opinion, style is about self-confidence.’

Tran’s vacation came shortly after she starred in the Lifetime movie Searching for a Serial Killer: The Regina Smith Story, which aired last month in November.

In the film – which is based on a true story – Karrueche portrayed Regina Smith, a mother and rookie police officer who investigates a series of murders against sex workers.

During filming, Tran also had the chance to connect with Regina Smith herself via Zoom.

She told me KTL 5“We have each other’s phone numbers and we stayed in touch throughout the film because I had so many different questions.”

Karrueche added, “I even asked her about her favorite music and she sent me a playlist. Because for me, if I have a character, I want to become that person. I want to take Karrueche beyond Regina and fully become her.”

The Bay star – who is rumored to be dating England footballer Jadon Sancho – has also revealed how she balances her on-the-go lifestyle.

“I would say balance – a bit of prioritization, where work comes first and everything else will follow in terms of exercise, massages and cooking,” she said STAKE.

‘Sometimes I lie in bed all day when I have nothing to do. We have to listen to our bodies,” the actress told the outlet.

“Nowadays we have a thought process where we have to work, and if you are not creating or producing, you are ‘failing’ or ‘not productive’, which is physically and mentally exhausting.”

“If we are allowed to sit in the house and watch television, take those moments because it can be difficult. It is important for us to listen to what our minds and bodies are telling us.”
