Karl Stefanovic sends a cheeky text to Kyle Sandilands just days before his lavish wedding

Kyle Sandilands and fiancée Tegan Kynaston will tie the knot on Saturday in a lavish ceremony with no expense spared.

And on Thursday, the radio titan, 51, revealed his best friend and presenter Karl Stefanovic, 48, sent him a rather cheeky text just days before the wedding.

Karl cheekily texted Kyle, “Two days to go until the wedding. I want you to know there’s still time for us, Kyle, I love you!’

Kyle read the lyrics from his KIIS FM radio show and joked to his co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson that it sounded a little ‘gay’.

“He’s acting like we’re a little gay or something, I’m not sure. Do I take that seriously? Hard to say with Karl sometimes,’ Kyle joked.

“I think it’s kind of black and white there,” Jackie replied.

‘He is gay!’ Kyle joked laughing.

Earlier this week, Kyle revealed on his radio show the exorbitant amount of money he has spent on his upcoming wedding.

He challenged listeners to guess the cost of specific elements of Kyle’s wedding in a game called “Higher or Lower.”

‘Do you know where I made the mistake? When I first met the wedding planner and wedding stylist… they said, “Okay, what budget are we on?” and I said, ‘There’s no budget,'” Sandilands said at the beginning of the segment.

As the quiz went on, it became clear that Sandilands may have poured as much as a million dollars into the lavish affair.

One of the most expensive features was the floral arrangements, which cost a whopping $150,000.

Henderson, who spent just $80,000 on her wedding to ex-husband Lee, was stunned by the price tag and asked Sandilands, “150,000 for something that dies a few days later?”
