Jasmine Stefanovic flaunts her family’s lavish free accommodation in Paris after her husband Karl was slammed for his commentating coverage amid Nine layoffs and wage disputes
Karl Stefanovic made sure his wife Jasmine and children Willow and Harper had a stylish celebration during their trip to the Olympic Games in Paris.
Jasmine, 40, who is currently in France with her husband reporting on the Games for Channel Nine, has shared several photos on social media showing off the luxury accommodation they appear to have scored through an Airbnb sponsorship deal.
One photo showed Karl with his four-year-old daughter Harper, who was relaxing on the chaise lounge. Another showed a spacious bedroom complete with a king-size bed and stunning views of the city.
She also shared a photo of young Harper sitting on her lap as they enjoyed a bite to eat and a drink together at a local cafe.
Jasmine captioned the photos: ‘A wonderful welcome to Paris by @airbnb. Thank you for hosting us during the Olympics.
‘We have made such amazing family memories already. It really feels like a home from home #airbnbpartner.’
Meanwhile, Karl, 49, shared a clip on Instagram showing him holding a French baguette and a jar of Vegemite in the Airbnb apartment the family are advertising.
He showed off his skills for the camera as he brazenly spread the famous Australian spread on bread while sitting at the table on the balcony of his apartment.

Karl then toasted the camera with his baguette, cutting a piece of bread for daughter Harper.
He wrote in the caption: ‘Late nights and early mornings for this proud Australian in Paris.
“So grateful to be here covering the Paris 2024 Olympics. It’s such a joy to have my family here with me thanks to Airbnb. I can’t wait to see our team do their thing. Go to Australia.”
Channel Nine has told The Australian that Karl and his Nine colleagues are staying in a separate accommodation from his family.

“Karl is staying in the same accommodation as Nine staff, paid for by Nine,” they said.
Meanwhile, angry viewers are unhappy with Karl’s coverage of the Olympics. Many Australians have taken to social media to criticise Channel Nine’s coverage of the Paris Olympics.
Thousands of Australians woke up early Saturday morning to watch the opening of the Olympic Games in Paris. They had to wait for hours until the Australians finally appeared on stage, because they are the host country in 2032. According to Olympic protocol, they appeared as the third country.
Jasmine added that the Airbnb apartment felt like a ‘home away from home’

Viewers were not impressed with Nine’s handling of the opening ceremony, and Karl’s commentary in particular. They accused him of ignoring important and entertaining parts of the ceremony, and many called on him to be quiet on social media.
This comes as hundreds of jobs are cut at Nine Entertainment, including positions at its well-known TV news division, prompting a staff strike.
In June, Nine Entertainment CEO Mike Sneesby announced job cuts as part of a $30 million cost-saving plan for the company.
“Of our national team of almost 5,000 people, approximately 200 jobs in Nine are expected to be affected, including a number of vacant and temporary roles that will not be filled,” Mr Sneesby said.
