Karl Stefanovic says Michael Clarke’s Noosa scandal ‘is still a mess’
Karl Stefanovic dodging questions about Noosa ‘mess’ on live radio… three months after his sister-in-law’s ‘cheating’ Michael Clarke blast
Today, host Karl Stefanovic was grilled about the “park situation” involving his sister-in-law Jade Yarbrough and best friend Michael Clarke on Friday live on radio.
Clarke and Yarbrough were infamously caught on camera on January 10 making an arrest at a park in Noosa while on holiday with Stefanovic and his wife Jasmine.
Their quarrel was over and alleges that Clarke, a former captain of the Australian cricket team, had cheated on Yarbrough, his girlfriend at the time, with his former partner Pip Edwards.
Stefanovic, who was filmed intervening in the fight after Yarbrough punched a crippled Clarke, was accused during an interview on The Kyle and Jackie O Show this morning.
While he would not be involved in an in-depth analysis, the Channel Nine presenter acknowledged that the situation was still “a mess” three months later.

After Stefanovic said he had recently been to Noosa with Jasmine, radio presenter Kyle Sandilands took the opportunity to ask about the ill-fated New Year’s trip.
‘Used to be [your cousin] over there? Was she part of that whole thing, you know, the Clarkey…? What happened there?’ he asked.
“I know you don’t like talking about the whole park situation…but that’s all brushed off [aside]? That’s all gone now, isn’t it?’
Stefanovic, seemingly lost for words, replied, “It is, it is, it is… just…”
‘It is a mess? It is heavy?’ offered Sandilands, to which Stefanovic replied, “It’s a mess.”

KIIS FM co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson asked Stefanovic what was going through his mind when he discovered that the video of the park brawl had been leaked to the press.
“Did you die?” she asked. “It would make me so anxious.”
The breakfast TV star evaded the question, joking that there were many more incriminating videos “of Kyle and me” doing the rounds.
Sandilands revealed he has ‘Tongan friends’ to help him with these delicate matters – and recommended that Stefanovic hire some himself next time he’s in Noosa.
“I needed a Tongan friend,” Stefanovic admitted.
While he would not be involved in an in-depth analysis, Stefanovic (pictured with his wife Jasmine on June 19, 2022) did acknowledge that the situation was still “a mess” three months later.
