Karl Stefanovic says his wife Jasmine has ‘made him a better man’ after his split from Cassandra Thorburn as they celebrate five-year wedding anniversary
Karl Stefanovic shared a tribute to his wife Jasmine as they celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary on Friday.
The Today show host, 49, posted a photo of herself and Jasmine, saying she “made him a better man.”
'Five years of laughter and love. Your strength, resilience, clarity and unwavering pursuit of good continue to give me strength,” he wrote.
'You've made me a better person. I love you.'
In the photo, the couple couldn't wipe the smiles off their faces as they hugged each other.

Karl proposed to Jasmine in February 2018 with a $100,000 engagement ring.
They married in December 2018 at the five-star resort One&Only Palmilla, surrounded by 200 of their closest friends and family.
Guests included Karl's three children, Jackson, Ava and River, from his first marriage to former TV producer Cassandra Thorburn.
The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Harper May, on May 1, 2020.

The beginning of their relationship was marred by controversy, with Karl's reputation taking a hit after he split from his wife of 21 years, Cassandra, in September 2016.
In February 2017, Karl went public with Jasmine, a former model turned shoe designer who is ten years his junior.
'I certainly didn't expect to meet someone five months after breaking up with my wife. That wasn't planned, I didn't know her before,” he explained in an interview with The Daily Telegraph's Stellar Magazine in July 2017.
Despite telling the publication that they were “taking it very, very slowly,” the couple announced their engagement just seven months later.
