Karl Stefanovic was fit again on Monday.
The Today show host stepped out in his home town of Castlecrag, NSW, with his toned physique on display.
The 48-year-old did indeed look slim, wearing a black T-shirt and black and white striped shorts.
The TV star added a pair of leather sandals and carried a bag full of Woolworths goods.
He completed the look with a beaded bracelet and appeared relaxed while doing the solo errands.

In 2020, Karl vowed to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks on the Today show, after tipping the scales at 105 pounds.
“I started at 105kg, the heaviest I’ve ever been and it was incredibly embarrassing,” said Karl, speaking to obesity expert Dr. Nick Fuller, who helped him on his fitness journey.
“I would like to go back to 90kg at the end of all this. You don’t think that’s important, but to me it’s a big psychological thing.”
At the time, Dr. Nick Fuller the surprisingly easy diet he gave Karl to shed the pounds.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, he explained that weight loss must be sustainable and that whole grain carbohydrates and even the occasional cheat meal are allowed.
Dr. Fuller revealed that Karl was on an interval weight loss program that focused on long-term goals, rather than quick and easy fixes.
The author and lead researcher said Karl was “teaching his brain” to eat healthier foods, including fruits, nuts, seeds, avocado on whole-wheat toast.
Interval weight loss is not a quick fix. A person loses weight in small increments to avoid weight gain,” explains Dr. Fuller.

Dr. Fuller said a typical day means eating a bigger breakfast, a bigger lunch and a small dinner.
A sample diet, similar to the one Karl followed, included an omelet on whole-wheat bread for breakfast, followed by some fruit and yogurt.
For lunch, it is best to opt for a sandwich made from wholemeal bread with a source of proteins, including tuna or chicken and avocado, packed with salad. Salad is another option, with quinoa.
For dinner, a protein such as fish, chicken, meat or beans should be consumed with whole grain carbohydrates such as brown rice or quinoa, and unlimited salad or vegetables.
