Kim Kardashian burst into tears during an emotional moment in the dramatic clip for the upcoming season, which will air on Hulu on May 25.
Kylie Jenner opened up about plastic surgery regrets as she says she wishes she never hurt herself in a candid moment.
Kylie addressed her plastic surgery while chatting with friend Anastasia Karanikolaou, telling her, “I don’t want my daughter to do the things I did. I wish I had never touched anything to begin with.”
Khloe Kardashian faced a skin cancer scare that eventually had the tumor removed, leading her best friend Malika Haqq to tell her that she “hadn’t seen her this low.”

Kylie gathered her sisters Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, and Kendall to talk to them about their contribution to what some call unattainable beauty standards they set — in part due to surgical procedures, fillers, and preventative aging procedures.
“We all need to have a bigger conversation about the beauty standards we set,” Kylie proclaimed in a clip.
Also in the trailer, Khloe was asked about her relationship with baby daddy and love rat Tristan Thompson, which has been on and off over the years.
He had another child with Houston trainer Maralee Nichols, despite knowingly having a second child via surrogacy with Khloe.
Maralee welcomed Tristan’s third child in December 2021, a month after Khloe and Tristan’s surrogate was implanted by their fertilized embryo.
Khloe and Tristan’s second child was born via surrogacy in July 2022; they are parents to daughter True, five, together and the basketball player, 32, has a son with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig named Prince, six.
The trailer for season three opened on a humorous note, with Kim telling the producers that she doesn’t remember where they left off from season two.
Since the series’ final season, Kim has separated from boyfriend Pete Davidson and her divorce from Kanye West has been finalized.
Kourtney was also mad at Kim for turning her Italian wedding into a business deal.
