Kanye West’s wife Bianca Censori could face jail time, a fine and mandatory sex offender registration for her latest X-rated stunt in Los Angeles on Monday.
The 29-year-old Australian architect shocked onlookers when she bared her breasts in a completely sheer fishnet top on her way to the Melrose Tanning Company salon.
Bianca, who is known for her barely there look, opted not to wear a bra and only added a pair of small beige underwear, heels and a hat with camouflage print.
Although she has repeatedly ventured into racy outfits, her latest look may have gone too far as it could be considered indecent exposure under California law.
California Penal Code Section 314(1) makes it a crime to intentionally expose your genitals or naked body in a public place, or in any other place where someone might be offended or annoyed.

A charge of indecent exposure usually results in a misdemeanor for a first offense.
But if Bianca receives the maximum sentence for her near-nude outfit, she faces up to six months in prison, a fine of up to $1,000 and mandatory registration as a sex offender for at least 10 years.
And it’s not just the legal ramifications she could face. Restaurant owners have now decided to ban both Bianca and Kanye, 47, from their restaurants after she stepped out in yet another revealing costume on Saturday.
The controversial couple headed out for dinner together at a local barbecue restaurant in LA, with Bianca once again leaving little to the imagination in a tiny silver bikini top that barely covered her curvaceous body.
Restaurant owners have been shocked by the display and have stated that they will ban the rapper and his wife from their business to protect their customers and children.
They wrote: ‘If I own a business that these two plan to enter, I will tell them out of respect for my customers that they are not allowed to enter.’#
“I wouldn’t want them in my restaurant. Totally inappropriate and not a good role model for young children to see this outside. What’s wrong with them?”
“She looks absolutely ridiculous. How can a decent restaurant accept a customer wearing something like that? Even the big supermarkets have signs up in the summer warning that tops must be worn for hygiene reasons when shopping, as topless men were going in. This is so much worse.”

‘In the past, you would be refused entry to a restaurant if you weren’t wearing a tie due to the dress code. But times have changed: now you can go in and dine almost naked.’
“No self-respecting restaurant owner or manager should let them in with her in those clothes UNLESS they pay in advance to reserve the entire restaurant so it is their own private space for the duration of their stay.”
It is not the first time that the couple has angered the public with their daring display. Last year, while they were on holiday in Italy, there were calls for their arrest.
Bianca’s see-through outfits during the holiday, which left her breasts clearly visible, sparked anger among locals, with social media users calling them “disrespectful” in a country known for its conservative Catholic heritage.
Public outrage reached a fever pitch when the couple took things a step further and had a love-making moment on a boat in Venice, with Kanye baring his bare bottom for shocked tourists.
Footage of the couple shows the father of four with his pants pulled down to expose his bottom. He sits in the back of the river taxi, while Bianca kneels between his legs and rests her head on his lap.
Online critics argued that showing bare skin constituted a “public indecency”, a charge that can carry a fine of up to €309 (AU$520), according to Italy’s Constitutional Court.
Kanye was previously married to Kim Kardashian and Bianca is said to be an exact copy of the reality star.
Concerned fans are wondering if her bizarre outfits are evidence that the Donda star is ‘controlling’ Bianca.

During their nearly seven-year marriage, Kanye had a big influence on Kim’s fashion choices. Unlike Bianca, however, the musician reportedly asked her to change outfits if he thought she was showing too much skin.
Kim, 43, said on a previous episode of the Kardashians: “Kanye has always dressed me. In the early 2000s he would literally send me random emails with all these looks and what my style should be.”
He once told her, “You’re my wife, and it hurts me if your pictures are too sexy.”
A source said: ‘Kanye did the same thing to Kim that he did to Bianca during their marriage. The difference is that when Kanye dressed Kim, he was respected as a person – as an artist.
‘Unfortunately, Kim knows what Bianca is going through, but she feels that Bianca should have known what she was getting into.’
Kim filed for divorce in February 2021, just before the couple’s seventh wedding anniversary. They had two children: North (11), Saint (8), Chicago (6) and Psalm (5).
The SKIMS star, who was represented by divorce attorney Laura Wasser, was declared officially single in March 2022 while in the midst of a romance with her ex-boyfriend SNL alum Pete Davidson.
