Kanye West’s ‘wife’ Bianca Censori has made headlines for wearing some outrageous outfits during the couple’s highly publicized Italian getaway.
But it’s a pair of familiar white shoes that the onlookers are really talking about this week.
While the Australian architect, 28, seemingly has an endless supply of see-through bodysuits, many have noticed she’s been wearing the same eye-catching footwear throughout her journey.
The leather stilettos are believed to be Ferragamo “Eva” pumps, valued at $1,490, and feature a pointed, closed toe and unusual “coil” heels that make them appear almost unstable.
Censori was first seen wearing her favorite shoes on Aug. 5, when she and West, 46, took a romantic stroll in Tuscany.

Leaving little to the imagination in a sheer cream leotard and leggings, the model completed her look with a brown toque and silver rings.
Her quirky stilettos reappeared on August 20, when Censori and the American rapper pitted at a roadside vending machine in Tuscany.
For the occasion, she went braless and wore another form-fitting catsuit that made her appear naked as she covered her nipples with a black shoulder bag.

Censori wore the heels again on August 23 and then on August 27, both while dressed in see-through outfits as she walked the streets of Italy with West.
The heels were even seen in social media photos of the couple cuddling on a night out.
“Does she only have one pair of shoes?” an online critic wrote about Censori’s ubiquitous shoes.

Others expressed concern that Censori might fall over, given the concave angle of her heels.

The couple have made headlines over the past month for their odd clothing choices, with critics particularly targeting Censori for “walking around virtually naked” in the conservative Catholic country.
It is widely believed that fashion designer West is behind all of Censori’s recent and controversial looks.
The brunette has stepped out several times with her bare breasts clearly visible under sheer mesh outfits.

Among them was the outrageous nude catsuit, in which she was forced to cover her nipples with a black crossbody bag.
According to major tourism website CIU Travel, local residents find it “offensive” to see visitors “wandering through the streets in various states of undress.”
The website states: “Walking around in beachwear or, worse, without a shirt, is a big no-go in Italy unless you put your feet deep in the sand.”

It remains to be seen if West or Censori will face any sort of official punishment for their latest over-the-top display.
Meanwhile, calls are being made for West and Censori to be arrested for their latest scandalous display in Italy.
The couple again sparked controversy on a trip to Venice on Monday after they were spotted enjoying an amorous moment on a boat, with West baring his bare buttocks to gawking tourists.
Footage of the couple showed the American rapper, 46, sitting in the back of the river taxi, while his Australian so-called bride, 28, rested her head on his lap.
Before boarding the boat, West was covered head-to-toe in an all-black ensemble, while Censori wore a knee-length trench coat that she paired with a pair of nude heels.

But both shed their layers as they came aboard, with Censori ditching her coat in favor of a strapless nude number while West pulled down his pants exposing his bare butt.
Things seemed to get very hot as Censori rested her elbows on his knees, then cradled her head as they sailed down the river.
Many have argued that exposing the flesh constituted ‘public indecency’, a charge which, according to Italy’s Constitutional Court, carries a fine of up to €309 (AU$520).
