He’ll also have plenty of A-list neighbors, as stars who live nearby include Adele, Denzel Washington, Sofia Vergara and Justin Bieber.
Property records showed he shelled out $35 million for the impressive estate, per TMZ.
His new purchase comes just three months after the Malibu mansion he famously gutted for the purpose of turning into a “fallout shelter” sold for around $21 million – which was 60 percent less than the price he paid for originally bought the house in 2021.
The rapper sold his Malibu estate for 60 percent less than the price he originally bought the house for due to persistent rumors of an impending divorce in his marriage to Yeezy architect Bianca Censori.
West – who was joined by his scantily clad wife at his album launch in Tokyo just days ago – will soon move into the exclusive gated community of Beverly Park, alongside A-list neighbors such as Hailey and Justin Bieber.
Many other stars have called the area home over the years, including Sylvester Stallone, Sofia Vergara, Mark Wahlberg, Eddie Murphy, Denzel Washington, Rod Steward and Lisa Vanderpump among many others.
The fashion designer’s new cradle features a separate pavilion, dedicated to entertainment, connected to the main building.

There are also waterfalls that lavishly decorate the individual pool areas in the expansive backyard.
His new home also features a pool house, gazebo and paddle tennis court.
He previously bought the beachfront mansion in Malibu for a whopping $57.3 million following his divorce from Kim Kardashian in 2022.
Most recently, a real estate investment trust, Belwood Investments, closed on the property on September 26 for $21 million.
The investment company shared ambitious plans to fully restore the concrete fortress, which West had stripped with the intention of turning it into a ‘fallout shelter’.
He had stripped the plumbing and electricity and removed all the windows and doors.
It was reported that West and his wife Censori, whom he secretly married shortly after finalizing his divorce from Kardashian, paid a random worker from New Jersey to take apart the Malibu mansion – which was built in 2013 by the Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
One of the hired workers told The New Yorker that West wanted to create a “fallout shelter” and his “Batcave.”

In September 2023, sources also told TMZ that West wanted to remove the windows and electricity from the house to turn it into a “1910s fallout shelter.”
According to sources, he wanted to demolish the marble bathrooms and remove the plumbing and replace the stairs with slides to build a place where he could “hide from the Clintons and the Kardashians.”
The renovation project’s former manager, Tony Saxon, who filed a lawsuit against West claiming he was fired after “raising concerns about the extreme danger” of the project, said the rapper “didn’t want electricity.”
‘He just wanted to plant. He just wanted candles. He just wanted battery lighting. And he just wanted everything open and dark.”
Shortly afterwards, however, the then newlyweds left the house after the project turned out to be unrealistic.
The rapper later put the house on the market for $53 million and lowered it by $14 million to $39 million in April.
After selling the house and being married to Censori for less than two years, West faced divorce rumors, which have been swirling as sources claim he and his wife have hit a rough patch.

Earlier this month, his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who worked for West from 2021 to 2022, sued him. She accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting her during a studio session co-hosted by the rapper and Sean “Diddy” Combs
A legal representative for West previously denied Pisciotta’s allegations in her initial complaint and said the rapper plans to file a lawsuit against her.

Pisciotta alleged in an amended complaint that West committed “sexual battery” after serving her a liquor drink, per People.
Her allegations are also part of her previous wrongful termination lawsuit against the rapper, in which she alleged that she was subjected to explicit texts, pornographic photos, videos and phone calls from him prior to her firing.
