A group of lawyers representing Kanye West plan to run large newspaper ads to let the rapper know they are no longer providing him with legal services.
Attorneys for the firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP said in documents reviewed by TMZ that West, 45, has cut off the phone number they had to contact him, causing ‘a communication cut’ with Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband.
The lawyers said their firm has tried to notify West through “alternative means” of telling West they no longer represent him, along with posting a court order issued by a judge allowing the severance of the professional relationship.
The latest: A group of lawyers representing 45-year-old Kanye West plan to take out big newspaper ads to let the rapper know they are no longer providing him with legal services. He was photographed in Los Angeles in October.
The lawyers said the planned announcements are an afterthought as they have been trying to contact West about the issue, but he has not responded.
The thinking behind publishing the statement in a newspaper is that it “would likely attract significant media attention, resulting in its wider publication,” the lawyers said.
The news comes as West has been romantically linked to Bianca Censori, an architectural designer, and the couple “had some type of wedding ceremony” recently, the outlet reported, noting that the couple had not appeared to obtain a marriage certificate. that would make the marriage legal.
West has kept a relatively low profile in the six weeks since his December 1 appearance on Alex Jones’ Infowars, in which he lavished praise on the Nazis and Adolf Hitler.
