Kanye West’s ex-chief of staff gives bombshell explanation for the rapper’s ‘self-destruction’ as he levels shocking claims against ‘celebrity dentist’ who installed his $850,000 golden grills
Kanye West’s former chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos has made some scathing accusations against the rapper and his dentist, Thomas P. Connelly, in a legal statement.
Yiannopoulos, 44, who retired from working for West in May, said in the affidavit that he worked for the Grammy-winning artist, 47, as his chief of staff between 2022 and 2024. His duties included “solving mysteries and fixing problems where others couldn’t.”
Yiannopoulos said in the swearing-in statement that in addition to West, he has also worked for Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and “a string of wealthy individuals in Florida,” confirming what he claims is “a respectable track record of exposing fraud, theft and malfeasance of every kind.”
Yiannopoulos said the statement was concurrent with a complaint he filed with the California Dental Board, accusing Connelly of “reckless, unethical, dishonest, investigative, and, upon information and belief, illegal conduct.”
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that he was “motivated by pressing concerns” for West’s health and safety, both in his own capacity and “on behalf of several individuals close to him.”

Yiannopoulos said in the sworn statement that he had taken the “additional and unusual step of providing” a “sworn ‘jurat’ statement, which he believes is punishable under penalty of perjury”; and that all materials had been forwarded to the attorney general’s office and the FBI.
Yiannopoulos said he was “not in a position to authorize the release of West’s medical records” and that he “would not presume to do so without his consent.” He also did not specifically name West in a series of allegations he made in the deposition against Connelly. Yiannopoulos said the statement “relates to Connelly’s actions,” including “the unlawful delivery of massive quantities of nitrogen gas to a wealthy, famous patient for explicit recreational use” and “the physical transportation of four surgical cylinders by Connelly himself to the patient’s home in just one afternoon.”
Yiannopoulos said Connelly charged “more than $50,000 a month for the service” and “continued to provide the gas after troubling symptoms emerged that led to widespread comment and concern.”
Connelly “instructed the patient on the use of nitrous oxide canisters” that he had left “in the patient’s home” and “knowingly encouraged their use in the absence of a qualified anesthesiologist or medical professional by an individual with a history of mental illness and addiction,” Yiannopoulos said in the statement.
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that Connelly left “named patient” to “the self-destructive consequences of dependency, showing indifference or worse to the prospect of permanent brain or body damage.”
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that Connelly, based on what he knows and believes, “committed fraud” by “taking millions of dollars … from a patient he knew was in a confused, dependent, debilitated and addicted state.”
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that Connelly moved to the patient’s apartment complex “at his own expense” to “keep a closer eye on him.”

Yiannopoulos said in his deposition that he was promoted in January and found West’s organization $200 million in the red and generating no revenue. He had put the company in a state of emergency by laying off more than 130 people in his first month.
Yiannopoulos said he devised and implemented “strict spending protocols, travel policies, spending limits and other financial controls” in February and March to better balance the books. He discovered millions of dollars in wasted money, caused by reasons ranging from fraud to greed, double billing and layoffs.
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that it was in this capacity that he encountered Connelly, who was introduced to him “as the dentist who helped Ye design and install” his “acclaimed titanium prosthetics,” which Dailymail.com reported cost $850,000 last January.
Connelly is a “celebrity dentist” who both has celebrity clients and seeks to publicize his dental practice, which sometimes includes using diamonds, Yiannopoulos said in the sworn statement. He noted that Connelly wrote an article for the New York Times.
Connelly presented himself “as a successful, well-connected entrepreneur” and had “provided West with advisors … who charged exorbitant fees for their services,” while proposing “widespread and disruptive changes” to West’s business structure, Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit.
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that it became clear to him that Connelly relied on West’s “growing reliance on nitrogen gas, and not on Connelly’s business expertise” to “seal the deal.”

West “appeared to be wearing and removing the inhaler mask almost continuously” and his communications “became unintelligible and contradictory,” Yiannopoulos said in the sworn statement
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that Yeezy employees “became concerned about” West’s reliance on the gas last April and spoke openly about it, with West himself “talking about it nonstop in meetings.”
West “appeared to be wearing his inhaler mask almost continuously and his communications “became unintelligible and contradictory,” Yiannopoulos said in the statement.
Yiannopoulos said in the statement that several Yeezy employees had expressed concerns about the presence of “four large surgical tanks of nitrous oxide in Bianca Censori’s apartment,” and Connelly said the tanks were empty and had always been empty.
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that West’s symptoms of “common bipolar disorder and the side effects of long-term nitrogen gas abuse are strikingly similar,” with symptoms including “erratic behavior, mood swings, paranoia and violence.”
Yiannopoulos said in the statement that a Yeezy employee told him they witnessed West “administering the nitrogen gas provided by Connelly to himself.”
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that he felt Connelly was “aware” of West’s “psychological vulnerabilities” and believed he “wanted to take advantage of them.”
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that he believed federal law enforcement should be deployed to address the aforementioned issues and that Connelly’s driver’s license should be revoked.
