Kanye West’s abandoned $2.2M sprawling Calabasas ranch looks dilapidated with a LARGE hole and debris scattered around crumbling property… after rapper boarded up the home nearly four years earlier

Kanye West’s $2.2 million Calabasas ranch appeared dilapidated and crumbling in shocking new photos of the sprawling property — nearly four years after the rapper boarded up the home in September 2020.

The Heartless hitmaker, 46 – whose top executive at Yeezy recently resigned due to the brand’s move into pornography – initially bought the property in 2018 and it was used for Sunday Service and his headquarters at Donda Academy.

The star had also purchased another 300 acres surrounding the property for $4 million.

However, latest images show that the house remains uninhabited and in disrepair, with one photo showing a large, gaping hole at the main entrance, leaving debris and pieces of the roof scattered on the ground.

Roof shingles are missing and falling off, while green plants and trees at the front of the main building are seemingly overgrown.

Parts of the concrete driveway have been removed, while one side of the building is partially hidden by red cladding.

A circular area outside the house was bordered by a fence that was also beginning to fall apart – and appeared to be the site of one of Ye’s domes that he had built.

The Yeezy Home dome shelters were built in an effort to help with homelessness in the Los Angeles area.

The area around the main house on the property is untouched with dry patches of grass and piles of dirt or sand.

Kanye bought the ranch while he was still married to now ex-wife Kim Kardashian, and their divorce was officially finalized in November 2022.

Last year, in February 2023, photos showed that the property was already in massive disrepair and that both the main house and guest house were covered in partitions and fencing at the time.

The walls around the guest house were also demolished, leaving a fence with rubbish lying around.

Parts of the walls surrounding the main building had also collapsed, leaving gaps in the fencing as the white fabric covering the fence began to fray.

A 4×4 tank was also seen on the property near the broken divider, as well as a barbecue smoker.

School props, such as drums and trikes, have also been left behind from the Donda Academy days.

West reportedly lived on the property with his then-model girlfriend Irina Shayk, turning the property into a bachelor pad, while Kim Kardashian stayed in their $60 million Calabasas mansion with their four children.

The property features a “stunning floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace, beautiful inlaid hardwood floors, enormous vaulted ceilings with open beams and a spacious main floor master suite with a walk-in closet and spa-style bath.”

‘With two detached guest houses, a four-car garage, a huge metal workshop or shed, a corral and ample space for a swimming pool or a vineyard, this property will appeal to the equestrian, aspiring winemaker and car enthusiast alike.’

There are reportedly two guesthouses on the property with a total of six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

The trail is said to be eight miles from the home he shared with Kim in the gated community of Hidden Hills.

The domes on the site – which no longer exist – were ‘Yecosystems’ 15 meters high.

West built the domes through the architecture arm of his Yeezy label, called Yeezy Home, which he launched in 2018. “We are looking for architects and industrial designers who want to make the world a better place,” he said at the time.

In an interview with Forbes a year later, the rapper showed off early versions of the domes, which he and a team of designers came up with after being inspired by the fictional planet Tatooine from Star Wars.

He planned to build large numbers of prefabricated structures as housing for the homeless, even putting forward ideas for sinking them into the ground with light filtering through the roofs.

The rapper believed he could build entire cities with the pods, and believed his “inspired” plans would see them spring up across America.

While Kanye’s plans for the Calabasas ranch are currently unknown, the star has jumped into another bizarre venture: Yeezy Porn.

The announcement was made last month in April and will reportedly work with Stormy Daniels’ ex-husband, Mike Moz.

Ye’s latest move sparked backlash among spiritual fans, and Ye soon deleted his social media.

Moz has spoken TMZ about the venture in late April, explaining to the outlet, “I have had discussions with Ye about a potential partnership between the Yeezy brand and my team at Vixen Media Group.”

“While it’s too early to share details, I’m excited about where Ye’s vision takes this,” he continued.

‘The idea that this project will become another porn studio is not correct. It will be like nothing we have ever seen before.”

Most recently, West’s top executive at Yeezy, Milo Yiannopoulos, quit due to the brand’s move into pornography, which he cited as “moral reasons.”
