Kanye West’s $14M Wyoming ranch has SOLD – but rapper is still struggling to offload his Malibu home

Kanye West’s 4,524-acre ranch in Cody, Wyoming has been sold.

a listing of the propertytitled Monster Lake Ranch, indicated that the sale of the Park County Ranch had been completed, but did not specify how much it ultimately sold for.

The Grammy-winning artist, 47, bought the ranch in late 2019 with ambitious plans for domes that he thought could help reduce homelessness, but he appeared to have stopped investing in the property’s upkeep in recent years.

The Wyoming ranch appeared to have fallen into disrepair recently, after West lost out on a number of lucrative business deals in the fall of 2022 after making a flurry of anti-Semitic comments.

The Hayden Outdoors listing A listing for the ranch previously owned by the musical artist, who retained the property as part of his 2022 divorce settlement with Kim Kardashian, said the property has six homes and seven outbuildings.

The Wyoming ranch has appeared to be in decline recently, after West lost a number of lucrative deals following a spate of anti-Semitic comments he made in the fall of 2022. The property was photographed last month.

According to the listing, the homes on the ranch have a total of seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms.

“This ranch is equipped with horse stables, stables and plenty of storage space,” the listing said, adding that the “venue is perfect for weddings, corporate events and family gatherings, both indoors and outdoors.”

Additionally, an on-site lake features “100 acres of surface water,” adding that “consistent stocking and management have made this a world-class fishery.”

The advertisement stated that in addition to the lake and amenities, the ranch also offers other activities such as “guided fishing, pheasant/chukar hunting, horseback riding, Rim Rock geology and photography tours.”

According to the listing, the ranch is located “approximately 8 miles from downtown Cody, Wyoming” and about 15 minutes from Yellowstone Regional Airport.

West, who was initially listed, put the ranch on the market in October 2021 amid his divorce from Kardashian, then delisted it in August 2022.

West listed the Wyoming ranch as his residence on his marriage license to partner Bianca Censori, 29, in December.

It was listed on a “confidential marriage certificate” during the wedding ceremony on December 20 in Palo Alto, California, at Whispering Oaks Chapel.

The ranch was pictured in 2020 when West had a number of construction crews working on multiple projects

Amid a decline in career prospects over the past year and a half due to his anti-Semitic comments, West has sold off a number of properties in his portfolio.

West last April slashed the price of a dilapidated mansion in the luxury community of Malibu, California, from $53 million to $39 million.

Amidst multiple renovations he has made to the house that have not been completed, amid a row of contactors, the house is missing windows, walls and a roof and has no electricity.

West has yet to sell the building, for which he once had grand plans.
