Censori, 29, allegedly sent one of the employees a link to “hardcore” sexual content after West announced the launch of his adult film company Yeezy Porn in late April.
According to court documents, these videos were accessible to underage staffers during the porn app’s development obtained by TMZ.
Despite the allegations, Censori was not named in the federal lawsuit filed in California. The story was included in the lawsuit only to illustrate the problems with the work environment at Ye’s streaming service, YZYVSN.
“No measures were taken to prevent underage YZYVSN employees from working on Yeezy Porn, or to prevent them from being exposed to pornography and forced to view it in order to do their jobs,” it said. according to the Washington Post.

Despite the allegations, Censori was not named as a defendant in the lawsuit, which accuses West, 47, of participating in “forced labor and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment”
The lawsuit goes on to accuse West, 47, of engaging in “forced labor and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment” and alleges that his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, referred to some employees as “new slaves.”
The plaintiffs in the lawsuit were all hired by Ye to work on his YZYVSN streaming service app, designed to rival Tidal, Spotify and Apple Music, to promote his Vultures and Vultures 2 albums.
They allege that West and Yiannopoulos hired an international development group that included several black members, many of whom were minors, some as young as 14.
They then created an allegedly racist work atmosphere and repeatedly made false promises about pay and working hours.
Milo reportedly promised the developer group $120,000 if they completed the app, agreed to working conditions and didn’t complain.
But Ye then allegedly ordered all employees to sign non-disclosure agreements and threatened to fire the minors if they did not.
The lawsuit alleges that West’s former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, referred to some employees as “new slaves.”
The duo are also said to have demanded that minors sign “volunteer agreements.”
From that point on, Ye’s white managers allegedly used derogatory and racist language to create a hostile work environment.
They allegedly harassed team members based on their age, race, gender, sexual orientation and national origin.
Some of them were called ‘slaves’, while others were called ‘new slaves’.
“Black and African workers were segregated and given less favorable work assignments and separate white-only work groups were formed,” Thigpen Legal said claimed in a statement to NBC News.
‘Minors were mocked because of their age.’
The plaintiffs were hired by Ye to work on his YZYVSN streaming service app, designed to rival Tidal, Spotify and Apple Music, to promote his Vultures and Vultures 2 albums.
The workers were also reportedly forced to work through the night without pay or sleep.
If the claimants did not agree to the long working hours without breaks, they would have been threatened with deduction of their wages.
But even after the team reportedly completed one of the apps on May 1 and sent it to Ye, the lawsuit alleges he failed to pay them, leading them to file the lawsuit asking for damages for unpaid wages and overtime, as well as emotional distress.
In a statement posted on XYiannopoulos called the lawsuit a “joke” and a “sad race push,” claiming it was filed by a “disgruntled, comically inept Black developer, I’ll call Hotep Susan, who is upset that he wasn’t chosen for a full-time position at Yeezy.”
“I will dissect the complaint line by line on camera tomorrow, including his insane racism claims,” Yiannopoulos vowed on Sunday.
“Honestly, this is the most dishonest thing I have ever seen filed in a court of law. (And I worked for billionaires and megastars for 10 years.)” he wrote.

The lawsuit comes as West made a surprise trip to Russia. He was said to be in the country to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Russian fashion designer Gosha Rubchinskiy, and not for a concert.
