The rapper, 46, and wife Bianca Censori, 28, whose marriage was recently confirmed, flaunted some bizarre outfits during their European summer break, with Bianca often spotted wearing nude tights and flashy tops.
Kanye tried to keep his face hidden as he walked around Florence in an all black outfit with a hood around his face.
In a video shared on social media, an Italian girl tells the camera that she saw Kanye in a local Starbucks.
She then films herself as she runs to the cafe where she briefly films Kanye sitting in a nearby chair looking at his phone.

The girl’s friend then appears in the clip and says: ‘Kanye asked if he could sit with me, with me! I’ve been sitting with Kanye West for the last 45 minutes.’
In a second clip, a better view of Kanye can be seen standing next to Bianca, who is dressed in a white top and matching leggings.
It comes after Kanye instructed Bianca to ‘never speak’ – and issued a set of rules to live by, including specific foods she can eat and what she can wear, a source close to the Australian architect said claimed
There are ongoing fears that the rapper is manipulating his wife into a ‘radicalised’ version of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
Insiders claim Bianca has ‘no mind of her own’ and is instead ‘obeying’ the controversial rapper, who also goes by the name ‘Ye’, as he has convinced her they have ‘royal’ status.
“Kanye has a set of rules for Bianca, which include never talking and wearing what he wants her to wear,” the source told DailyMail.com exclusively.
‘She is also expected to eat certain foods and exercise even though Kanye is not working.
“She has no mind of her own and obeys him because he has convinced her that they are royal.”

The couple, who were first photographed together in January, flaunted some bizarre outfits during their European summer break, with Bianca often spotted wearing nude tights and flashy tops.
She also went topless, simply wearing a purple pad to cover her modesty, just days after the pair put on a lewd show on a boat in Venice.
Previous mind-blowing outfits have also included a black nylon dress that featured a head covering and a giant foam collar.
As for food, a diet of kebabs, ice cream and watermelon juice – which is an aphrodisiac – has clearly been allowed, with Bianca pictured indulging in all three in recent months.
The couple tucked into a kebab on a park bench after queuing for the snack at a popular vendor in Berlin, Germany last month, while they ate ice cream on a barefoot hike in Italy in August.

The confusion surrounding their intriguing marriage was finally cleared up after the couple married under a ‘confidential marriage’ license in California, meaning it was not disclosed to the public.
Many assumed that the rapper and Yeezy architect married in a ceremony that was not legally binding as there was seemingly no evidence of the union, with reports claiming that they had a private ceremony in Beverly earlier this year in January Hills had without an official marriage license.
However, DailyMail.com has confirmed that this is not the case after obtaining and checking the official document which lists their wedding date as December 20, 2022 – just one month after he finalized his divorce from first wife Kim in November 2022.
According to their marriage license, the happy couple tied the knot in Palo Alto, California, known as Silicon Valley, and DailyMail.com has learned that the pair chose a secret location for the special occasion.
The document was filed under their full names, Bianca Censori, and simply ‘Ye’ for the rapper, who legally changed his name from Kanye Omari West to the mononym in October 2021.
