Law enforcement officials told TMZ they speculate that Kanye — who also goes by Ye — and the Houston twins resolved the issue privately.
And due to lack of evidence and no responses from the trio, police cannot send the case to the LA City Attorney’s Office, even though the case remains open.
The alleged altercation happened last month in April, when West and Bianca were spending time at Chateau Marmont.
He was named as a suspect in a battery report for “hitting a man who grabbed Bianca Censori.”
His team told DailyMail.com at the time that she was not merely punched or pushed during the incident.
His team alleged that his wife was sexually assaulted by one of the twins when one of them reached his hands under her dress and also blew ‘kisses’ in her direction.
West’s representatives stated: “Grabbed” is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened. Bianca was physically attacked. The attacker didn’t just bump into her.’
‘He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, turned her around and blew her kisses. She was abused and sexually abused.”

Also last month in April, Kanye broke his silence about the Chateau Marmont incident.
In an attempt to set the record straight as they appear on Justin LaBoy’s The download podcastthe rapper explained why he got physical with a man, who he believed had inappropriately touched his wife Bianca Censori.
After finding the man, who he claimed had ‘taken’ his wife, the father of four, who said he did not see the incident happen ‘immediately’, claims he told the man ‘right now to leave’.
“I talked to the guy and said, ‘You have to leave right now,’ and he said, ‘Oh,’ it’s okay.” And it’s like, ‘No, it’s not okay,'” the Stronger hitmaker recalled. “It wasn’t okay.”
Kardashian’s ex-husband continued, “He had to go to bed early…I tucked this nigga in.”
When asked if the man might still be asleep, West looked down and said, “I don’t know what happened.”
A report also surfaced TMZclaiming that West punched half of a twin who owns numerous bars and restaurants in LA, but allegedly took a swing at the wrong one.
The twins are Mark and Jonnie Houston, owners of LA hotspots like No Vacancy, Good Times at Davey Wayne’s, Black Rabbit Rose and Break Room 86.

West and Censori alleged that Censori bumped into one of the brothers and he then attacked her.
However, sources claimed there is no evidence to support these claims, with TMZ’s sources calling Censori’s allegations “completely off base and simply not accurate.”
Sources claimed that a man encountered Censori in the lobby of Chateau Marmont, which was said to be quite busy at the time.
The incident happened quickly and the man continued on his way and went outside to sit with some friends.
Shortly afterwards, West came to the table to confront the man, ultimately punching the man in the face.
However, West apparently hit the wrong man: the other twin brother and not the one who bumped into his girlfriend in the lobby.
It is not clear at this time which of the twins encountered Censori and which was ultimately beaten by West.
The Houston twins are said to regularly visit the Chateau Marmont, although it is unclear whether they have had previous contact with West.

The rapper left the hotel after the incident, long before police arrived, and police wanted to talk to West after the altercation.
West allegedly punched the wrong brother twice, with law enforcement sources unable to find any evidence that either brother had assaulted Censori in any way.
Despite no evidence being found, West’s team is adamant that Censori was attacked that night.
“This was a physical, sexual assault and any attempt to undermine the seriousness of what happened is abhorrent and despicable,” one of Kanye’s reps said in a statement.
