Kanye West is facing a new lawsuit from a former employee who accuses him of lewd conduct and anti-Semitism.
The rapper, 47, who was accused last month of ‘hiring a fixer’ to follow wife Bianca Censori in another lawsuit, has been hit with claims he donned a swastika shirt after letting his former project manager out to him listen and Censori, 29, has sex.
In the lawsuit obtained by TMZclaims Murphy Aficionado West summoned him to a Beverly Hills hotel room in November 2022, and that when he walked in West was “shirtless and out of breath with his pants unbuttoned.”
The lawsuit claims that Censori was “topless with her hands barely covering her breasts” and that it was “obvious that they had just had sex.”
Aficioniado claims that during the meeting, West called Candace Owens’ former attorney a “Jewish spy.”

He claims West then ran to the room where Censori was and said, “Wait here. DO NOT leave” – and that within seconds he could hear “loud moaning and clapping,” indicating that West and Censori were having sex again.
Aficioniado also claims that West came back out ten minutes later “as if nothing had happened” wearing a T-shirt with the Nazi logo on it before asking him, “You don’t like my shirt?”
He further claims that West then sat him down and showed him nude photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
Aficionado also claims that West called him back to the hotel later that week, where he saw the star and a “famous NFL wide receiver” dressed in towels around their waists before receiving massages.
He claims West demanded he sit there again and waited and that he heard “clapping and moaning” while West and the masseuse allegedly had sex.
The lawsuit claims that when West left the room, the NFL star went inside and more sexual noises were heard.
Aficionado was fired by West in 2023 and is now suing for discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation and failure to pay wages.

West’s descent into anti-Semitism began on October 8, 2022, when he tweeted: “I’m a little sleepy tonight but when I wake up I’m going to die.”
The outburst saw him lose his billionaire status after Adidas dropped him, along with several other high-profile endorsements.
Last month, a former associate of the rapper claimed that West instructed him to have private investigators “tail” his wife while she was abroad, claiming that excessive use of nitrous oxide led to the star’s “erratic behavior” .
Michigan’s John Doe was initially hired as West’s campaign manager as he considered a new presidential run in December 2022, but claims his role changed to “Director of Intelligence” for Yeezy as West “ramped up” his political efforts.
Doe claims in the lawsuit obtained by Rolling stone his job was to “mitigate West’s risks and bad press” in a broad role that included conducting investigations and handling non-disclosure agreements.
Doe claims that Censori and the Kardashians – including Kanye’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian were the subjects of the investigation – with Censori allegedly being followed by private investigators at West’s behest.
The 22-page lawsuit filed in LA states: ‘One particularly notable task of Ye was to have Doe hire private investigators to follow and ‘tail’ his wife, Bianca Censori, as she traveled alone to visit family in Australia to visit, without the help of Mrs. Censori. knowledge.’
Doe cites that West began exhibiting “erratic behavior” in May, including spending $850,000 on a set of titanium teeth and firing a “vast majority of the Yeezy leadership — including former chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos — who West was also there has accused of being addicted to nitrous oxide. .

The alleged behavior came at a time when West was allegedly consuming nitrous oxide — which Doe said “played a role in West’s decision-making at the time.”
Doe’s attorney Ronald Zambrano told the publication, “My client believes there is a direct correlation between the nitrous oxide and the increase in paranoia and siege mentality that ultimately occurred during Doe’s time working for West.
“There were internal concerns about the amount of nitrous oxide delivered to his home.”
The lawsuit alleges that Doe’s employment ended in mid-May when he received a call from a teacher at Donda Academy “about safety concerns they were having about some students.”
Doe says he informed Yeezy management of the call and that West “almost immediately” called Doe to yell, swear and threaten Doe with great bodily harm, including death, if Doe repeated what Doe had learned from the Donda employee.
West allegedly told Doe he was dead [him]and played a recording of “scary voices that threatened to harm Doe” — according to the suit.
Doe claims that West’s “enforcers” began threatening him in the following days, causing his PTSD to be triggered by past military experiences.
The lawsuit claims: ‘[Doe] suffered from panic attacks, anxiety and severe emotional problems, leading him to seek medical attention and be placed in a facility to address his declining mental health.”
Doe is suing West for emotional distress, retaliation and various violations of California labor laws.
The plaintiff seeks restitution for unpaid wages, attorneys’ fees, and general and punitive damages, to be determined at trial.
