Kanye West team claims over $1MILLION worth of his GAP apparel vanished from his warehouse

Kanye West’s team claims that his Yeezy GAP clothing worth approximately $1.2 million (approximately 60,000 garments) has disappeared from his warehouse.

According to his chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos, the team then found a fan account advertising a sale in Los Angeles this Friday where huge quantities of Yeezy GAP clothing could be purchased for $20 each.

Detectives and officers were dispatched to the sale, where organizers assured authorities that they had purchased the clothing legitimately.

Although the people behind the event insisted they had receipts that corroborated their side of the story, police were unable to trace each item of clothing back to a receipt, law enforcement sources said. TMZ.

However, because West failed to report the incident to the police and there were two conflicting stories, the police were unable to confiscate the clothing.

West’s team has now written a cease and desist letter to the organizers of the sale, accusing them of falsifying the receipts to deceive authorities.

Yiannopoulos claimed that West’s team would not have allowed mass sales of his clothing, and that they themselves had no record of such sales.

Yiannopoulos doubled down on the accusation that the clothes were stolen, claiming that West’s team will file a police report and take any other action necessary to retrieve the missing items.

He further claimed that he and his team were under the impression that they had discovered the identity of one of the people who stole the clothes.

Yiannopoulos, an “ex-gay” media personality who rose to international fame as a right-wing pundit before his association with West, has said the rap star’s team will pass on any clues it uncovers to authorities.
