Former Premier League referee Mike Dean was critical of Phillips, claiming the England international ‘just doesn’t seem interested’.
‘He just got a warning for being involved with Dominguez for no reason. Two minutes he just shot the ball over Gibbs-White and he just caught him on the foot,” Dean said as he continued speaking. Air sports.

Phillip’s latest setback comes after Roy Keane criticized him for his ‘slow’ performance after making a mistake that led to a foul in the defeat to Manchester United earlier this month.
