Kaley Cuoco recently sold her Los Angeles mansion for almost $5.5 million.

The 38-year-old actress has officially completed the sale of her nine-acre estate in Agoura Hills after putting the property on the market less than a year ago.

She walked away with a profit when she purchased the sprawling property from Taylor Lautner for a ticket price of $5.25 million earlier in 2022.

The Big Bang Theory star — who posed for lunch with her steamy leading man in her comedy thriller series last week — first listed the not-so-modest home for $7 million in June 2023.

Less than a year later, and after making several price reductions, she closed the deal on the newish 5,647-square-foot home, which was built in an exclusive gated community in 2020, to new owners, according to TMZ.
