Kaia Gerber shows off sensationally slim bikini body for Elle as she responds to the ‘nepo baby’ rage

Cindy Crawford’s daughter Kaia Gerber, 21, who has followed in her mother’s footsteps into modelling, has responded to the ‘nepo baby’ furor.

The showbiz legacy showed off her sensationally svelte bikini body in Celine and Wolford for the February issue of ellethat she has covered.

“I’m not going to deny the privilege that I have,” he told the magazine. “Even if it’s just the fact that I have a great source of information and someone who gives me good advice, I feel very lucky for that alone.”

Kaia, whose mother rose to international stardom as one of the iconic supermodels of the 1990s, said: “My mother always joked, ‘If I could call and book a Chanel campaign, it would be for me and not for you.’ I’ve met amazing people through my mother who I can now work with.’

However, she insisted that there is an entirely separate ethos when it comes to her burgeoning acting career, which includes the upcoming Apple TV+ series Mrs. American Pie with Carol Burnett and the film Bottoms.

‘With acting, it’s very different. No artist is going to sacrifice his vision for someone’s son. That’s just not how art is made, and what interests me is art,” Kaia insisted.

“Also, no one wants to work with someone who is annoying, not easy to work with, and not nice. Yes, nepotism is prevalent, but I think if it really was what people think it is, we would see it even more,” he said.

Candor: “I will not deny the privilege that I have,” he told the magazine when the subject of family connections was raised.

Bottoms, which has been touted as a ‘lesbian fight club’, reunites Shiva Baby director Emma Seligman with her leading lady, Rachel Sennott.

“I was a fan of Emma because I saw Shiva Baby and I was like, ‘Nobody’s ever done anything like that. It’s so funny and sad and real and touching,'” Kaia said.

The movie he was referring to was a dark comedy starring Rachel as a college student who surprisingly meets her sugar daddy at a shiva, a Jewish funeral tradition where the grieving family mourns for a week.

Kaia gushed that Emma “has such a strong point of view, and I was immediately like, ‘What else is she going to do?’ Same thing with Raquel. I just thought she was so good at it, funny and real. I’ve always loved her stand-up. Same with Ayo. I was a fan of her stand-up. I’m a comedy nerd.

His declared love for comedy turned into a great admiration for Carol Burnett, with whom he got to work on his upcoming Apple TV+ series.

“I have no idea what I’m doing there,” Kaia confessed. ‘It’s ridiculous. Carol Burnett made me understand comedy in a very different way. I never would have dreamed that I would get to work with her. I still can’t believe it happened.

The latest fashion cover shoot was awash in Hedi Slimane’s designs for Seline, including a gold sequined bodice dress.

As she fluttered on the beach for the cameras, she also exposed her taut midriff in a knitted ensemble from Victoria’s Secret, accessorized with sunglasses and boots from Celine.

Kaia made sure to show off her gimmicky legs to the fullest, even pantless in a Celine vest and shirt combo with black go-go boots.
