The 21-year-old supermodel — who flaunted her stuff during Paris Fashion Week — held onto the arm of her beau, 31, as they walked through a West Hollywood parking garage.
All the superstars wore disposable black masks and Kaia wore dark sunglasses.
The model, daughter of Cindy Crawford, was on trend as she rocked a long, patterned blue and white sleeveless dress.
The fashionista paired the dress with a pair of white socks and black Adidas Samba sneakers with white stripes.

He wore it with a vintage white short-sleeved T-shirt with blue trim along the crew neck collar.
The Elvis sensation added black pants and he wore a utilitarian style jacket slung over his shoulder.
Finally, Austin rounded out the ensemble with a pair of worn, dark-colored work boots.
It comes after the longtime actor and his girlfriend were spotted on a date night in Paris earlier this month.
They walked hand in hand and coordinated in brown looks as they enjoyed a light night in the romantic city.

Kaia and Austin started dating in December 2021, shortly after Kaia ended a relationship with Jacob Elordi.
In May, the gossip blog Deuxmoi shared a post claiming the couple were engaged.
The post also suggested that the two avoided being photographed together to keep their alleged news a secret.
That was later reported by TMZ that the rumors were false and that the two stars are not engaged.
Despite their 10-year age difference, Kaia’s parents Cindy and Rande Gerber have given the lovebirds their blessing.
Crawford told People that Kaia balances her career and personal life the same way she did in the 1980s.
“I think she kind of sees how my husband and I have dealt with it over the years,” the former Pepsi model said.
“Which isn’t, we never try, ‘Oh, we can’t go there because we might get photographed.'”

She also noted that she is proud of how Kaia has been under a microscope so far.
She said, “I’m learning about things like that with her, but I feel like she seems to have a really good head on her shoulders and is figuring out how to create that private-work-public balance.”
