Both were in sparkling outfits: Kaia in a strapless black and gold Celine dress with Cindy in a speckled royal blue dress with sleeves.
The 22-year-old model complimented her 58-year-old legendary mother as they headed out on Sunday night.
“My hot date,” Gerber captioned the Instagram Story, which she reposted from her mother’s account.
This comes just as Deadline announced that aspiring actress Kaia has been cast as Jacqueline Carlin in the new 1975 SNL original film. “Live from New York,” Kaia joked in her caption.

Kaia has been in a relationship for years with 32-year-old actor Austin Butler, who is ten years older than her.
Kaia and Austin sparked dating rumors in December 2021, a month after her split from 26-year-old Jacob Elordi.
Kaia and Austin made their public debut in March 2022 at W Magazine’s annual Best Performances party, and even attended the 2022 Met Gala together that year.
Austin was in a nearly nine-year relationship with 35-year-old actress Vanessa Hudgens, who split in 2020.
Vanessa is pregnant with her first child with husband Cole Tucker, whom she married in December 2023.

Kaia and Austin were spotted at a Dune Part Two afterparty in London last month.
Kaia finished to perfection while holding Austin’s hand.
Austin stars as Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen in Dune: Part Two, alongside Zendaya, Timothee Chalamet, Florence Pugh and Javier Bardem.
She has an older brother named Presley Gerber, 24, who is also a model.
On Tuesday, Deadline reported that Gerber had been cast in SNL 1975 alongside Andrew Barth Feldman and Finn Wolfhard.
The film is directed by Jason Reitman and is based on the real behind-the-scenes stories of the opening episode of Saturday Night Live.
Reitman and Gil Kenan wrote the script.
Gerber plays Jacqueline Carlin, Wolfhard plays an NBC page and Feldman plays Neil Levy.

The film is about what happened behind the scenes that night in the moments leading up to the first broadcast of NBC’s Saturday Night Live.
The screenplay is based on an extensive series of interviews by Reitman and Kenan with all living cast members, writers and crew. Reitman, Kenan, Jason Blumenfeld, Erica Mills and Peter Rice produce.
Gerber recently starred in Bottoms, a high school sex comedy directed by Emma Seligman for MGM’s Orion Pictures and produced by Elizabeth Banks, Max Handelman and Alison Small for Brownstone Production.
She will next appear in Palm Royale, an original comedy series developed by Laura Dern, directed by Tate Taylor and written by Abe Sylvia.
Gerber will star alongside Laura Dern, Kristen Wiig, Carol Burnett, Allison Janney, Leslie Bibb and Amber Chardae Robinson.
The model will also star in the upcoming psychological thriller Shell, directed by Max Minghella and starring Elisabeth Moss and Kate Hudson.
