Dr. Mohamed Hamed, owner of Dr. Motox Clinic in Harley Street, told MailOnline: ‘Kady likes a natural look and undergoes regular, minimal treatments to enhance and maintain her youthful appearance and natural features.
“She had a small amount of Botox in her forehead to smooth out fine lines and make sure her makeup was perfect on her skin.
“We also performed a non-surgical nasal tip lift to reduce the front profile of her nose and give it a lifted appearance from a sideways angle.
“Kady wasn’t happy with her nose because it pointed slightly down, but adding a small amount of filler changed her whole face.”
In the weeks leading up to Kady’s explosive return, she underwent the five-minute nose job multiple times, otherwise known as a “lunchtime treatment” because she had minimal to no downtime.

In 2018, Kady had her first boob job, going from a B cup to a size 30E at a clinic in Turkey, which she later described as a “quick” and “cheap” procedure.
She warned her young fan base against making the same mistakes as her, claiming that the Turkish surgeon used implants that were “too big” for her body, and after doing further research, she discovered that the rules in Turkey are not the same as in the UK.
A year later, she told her 1.2 million Instagram followers that she had finally had a second surgery to remove her “terribly wonky breast implants.”
Then she said, “In Turkey they put in 365cc (I was a 30E). I now have 275cc, so I’m going to be a 30C/D.”
She added: “I never really wanted big boobs… I just wanted them to look nicer in a bikini and they didn’t.”
Before the surgery, she said, “I’ve never had anything done before, but in this industry it’s really hard, you always want to look your best.
‘Plastic surgery is so personal and if someone wants to do it then they have to, but in the end it’s up to the person.
“I’ll sign bikini deals and do a lot of bikini modeling and I’ll feel more confident when they’re done.”

Since her return last week, Kady decided to team up with basketball player Zachariah Noble and steal him from Molly, who saw the show’s Islander boot into one of Love Island’s most shocking twists.
On Monday night’s show, Zach had already moved on from Mollie’s sudden departure and tried to kiss Kady, but she rejected his advances.
She told Zach that she wanted to take their relationship slow and not be intimate until they got to know each other better.
In 2016, Kady took third place with ex-boyfriend Scott Thomas, but the couple broke up a year after the show ended.
