Kacey Musgraves took a very special lady to the opening night of Broadway’s new musical Shucked in New York City on Tuesday night.
The Grammy Award winner was joined by her grandmother Barbara Musgraves, who is in her eighties.
She kept an arm around ‘Nana’ as they posed for photographers ahead of the show.
Kacey, 34, looked utterly stylish in a striking snakeskin trench coat worn over a matching stand-up collar top.
The Butterflies hitmaker tied her coat at the waist to create an hourglass silhouette.
Plus one: Kacey Musgraves was joined by her grandmother Barbara Musgraves at the opening night of Broadway’s new musical Shucked on Tuesday night in New York City
She carried a black leather purse with a thick gold chain strap in one hand while the other rested on her hip.
Kacey’s silky dark brown locks were styled straight and she rocked a mod-inspired graphic eyeshadow look.
It was paired with a matte nude lip and radiant bronzing powder for a sun-kissed glow.
The plus-one Texas native looked proud to stand next to her famous granddaughter.
Barbara was brightened up for the evening in a blue dress with a pearl necklace wrapped around her neck.
Barbara famously appeared on the Kacey Musgraves Christmas Show, which aired on Amazon Prime Video in 2019.
Despite featuring a slew of celebrity guests, including Lana Del Rey and Camila Cabello, it was Barbara who stole the show.
“This is Nana’s Christmas special if you hear from her. I’m just in it,” she told the AP at a screening of the special.

She admitted to the outlet that at first she wasn’t sure if her grandmother would feel comfortable on camera.
“I was like, okay, this is my 80-year-old grandma. She comes in, forget the rules, you know. She’s not used to this,” Kacey said.
But she eventually became a total pro.
“She came in, she gave us ad-libs, she gave us different inflections like she knew what to do. It was really cute.’
Kacey attended Tuesday’s premiere in support of her songwriting partner and fellow Grammy Award winner Brandy Clark, who co-wrote the score for Shucked.
The pair have collaborated on a number of occasions over the years, including on Kacey’s breakthrough hit Follow Your Arrow.
Shucked is a new Broadway musical comedy that follows a brave small-town girl who seeks help in the big city after the cornfields that once sealed off her small town from the outside world suddenly die.
Clark composed the show’s score with Grammy Award-winning songwriter Shane McAnally.
It has a book by Tony Award-winning playwright Robert Horn and fellow Tony Award-winner Jack O’Brien directed the production.
It stars John Behlmann, Kevin Cahoon, Andrew Durand, Gray Henson, Caroline Innerbichler, Ashley D. Kelley and Alex Newell.
Kacey has kept a low profile since attending the 65th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, where she paid a beautiful tribute to the late Loretta Lynn.

Honor: Kacey has kept a low profile since attending the 65th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, where she paid a stunning tribute to the late Loretta Lynn; seen on February 5
Loretta died of natural causes last October at the age of 90.
Kacey played the country legend’s hit song Coal Miner’s Daughter on a 1963 Epiphone acoustic guitar previously owned by Loretta, according to Billboard.
“The 10-year-old who sang Loretta’s songs never imagined I’d put my hands on the place where she made magic for decades,” Kacey said in a tweet published hours after she took the stage.
She continued, “Thank you to the daughters of @LorettaLynn for trusting me with this moment of honor tonight. She paved my path.’
