Juventus reinstated the 10-point deduction following a ruling by Italy’s Federal Court of Appeal.

The Serie A giants did not drop out of the Serie A European qualifiers ahead of their match against Empoli on Monday night.

Juventus initially saw the decision to deduct points in connection with the capital gains scandal reversed midway through the season.

The club announced in the immediate aftermath of the decision that they intend to appeal the verdict handed down to them.
