Jessica Biel was spotted in public for the first time on Tuesday following her husband Justin Timberlake’s arrest for a DWI on Monday night in New York.
The 42-year-old actress was pictured filming scenes for her upcoming Amazon series The Better Sister in New York City.
Biel looked tense and subdued as he stood on set between takes.
The set took place not far from Sag Harbor, the Hamptons town where her 43-year-old husband was taken into police custody after refusing to take a breathalyzer test.
Timberlake was pulled over shortly after midnight after seeing a stop sign. Police reportedly followed him and saw his vehicle veering across the road, prompting them to pull him over.

Timberlake was arrested Monday in New York’s Sag Harbor and charged with DWI. He reportedly reeked of booze and refused to take a breath test; depicted in his mugshot
