Justin Timberlake pictured for the first time since pleading guilty to DWI as he keeps low-profile with cap and shades

Justin Timberlake kept a low profile as he appeared in his first photo since pleading guilty to drunk driving.

The 43-year-old NSYNC alum was spotted stepping out of a building wearing a look that was part relaxed, part fashionable.

Justin wore an off-white ‘RC’ cap, sunglasses, faded jeans and trendy black loafers. The Bye Bye Bye singer also accessorized with a beaded necklace.

With his bag over his shoulder, the bearded pop star stepped out carrying a striking blue ‘Hydrated’ water bottle.

Timberlake was charged with driving under the influence, but pleaded guilty Friday to the lesser charge of driving while impaired.

The request frees Timberlake from a criminal record he would have had if he had been convicted of the original charge.

Timberlake was arrested in the Hamptons early on the morning of June 18 after a night of drinking at the American Hotel. As part of the plea agreement, he agreed to pay the maximum fine of $500 and a $260 surcharge. He also promised to make a public statement about the dangers of drunk driving.

Judge Carl Irace initially expressed displeasure with the proposed statement, preferring a public announcement, but eventually accepted the deal under certain conditions.

Timberlake’s demeanor in court was somber, expressing a desire not to return to court and his love for the Sag Harbor area.

A key part of the settlement reached between Timberlake’s attorney, Edward Burke Jr., and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office was that after he reached his plea agreement, he would make a public statement about the dangers of drunk driving.

To make the public announcement, Timberlake and his attorney left the courthouse via a pedestrian bridge connecting the courthouse to the police station, the same bridge he had crossed in handcuffs the night of his arrest.

At the police station, Timberlake addressed the media and spoke about the dangers of drunk driving. Before the announcement, he had pleaded guilty and was questioned by Assistant District Attorney Ashley Cangro and Judge Irace.

While Cangro accepted Timberlake’s admission of the basic elements of the offense, Irace pressed for more details about the events that led to his decision to drive. Timberlake reportedly expressed deep remorse and acknowledged the life lesson he had learned.

In addition to the fine, Timberlake’s driver’s license was revoked for 90 days. This revocation will run concurrently with a previous one-year revocation by the Department of Motor Vehicles for his refusal to submit to a breath test.

Judge Irace stressed the importance of community service and ordered Timberlake to perform between 25 and 40 hours of community service. Timberlake agreed, expressing a desire to reach people of all ages with his message.
